Nothing beats collecting real operational data on your sample battery cells, modules, or battery packs. If not set up properly however, a bad test program can lead to poor data quality and weeks of frustration and delays.
ReJoule has expertise building and running test operations for automotive and stationary batteries. We routinely build up test programs for cells, modules, and packs. We can customize test fixtures and data acquisition systems for extended battery testing. We also have in-house expertise analyzing battery test data, evaluating SOx model accuracy, and benchmarking battery performance.
We also have in-house battery test capabilities at our facility in Signal Hill with the following capabilities:
Cell cycling, 36 channels, up to 100A each channel (Chroma)
Module cycling, 4 channels, up to 60V and 62.5A per channel, parallelable (Chroma)
Pack cycling, 2 channels up to 750V and 100A per channel (Neware)
Impedance spectroscopy on any battery up to 500V
CAN bus and BMS integration
Battery pack liquid cooling with 5000 BTU industrial chiller, +/- 1° C control
Temperature chambers for battery cells -20°C to 50°C
25°C testing available for battery cells and battery modules
Enhanced safety with smoke/heat monitoring and battery safety threshold triggers into facility alarm system
